      • "Above the Influence members introduced themselves prior to the program and talked about how they create a safe environment and give fellow students an open space to talk. The members, Kasey Ford, Kaylyn King, Anaiah Kenas, Sydney Lincoln and Caitlyn Kesilewski, spoke a little bit about why they joined and their favorite activities."

    • Many ‘passionate’ about students’ mental health​

      • At the high school, the Above the Influence Club presents an alternative to being under the influence. The group’s motto is “support and empower,” and the aim is to influence through positive peer pressure. With such a large percentage of area teens reporting alcohol use, Caitlyn Kesilewski reminded the group that “it can happen to any of us.”​

    • 'Hope Over Addiction' town hall meeting set for Feb. 21​

      • "Caitlyn Kesilewski said the members reach out to younger students to offer positive alternatives to other “negative roads they could fall down,” such as drugs, alcohol or sexual abuse.​"
